Position Duties: Ability to review functional specification documents and obtain information on functional and performance requirements plus project limitations if necessary; Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, conduct workshops as well as business process engineering and software development life cycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, debugging, testing and implementation; Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time/cost constrains. Requirements: Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related PLUS 2 to 5 years of progressive experience preferable.

Position Duties: Creation of project charters and statement of work which outline project scope, budgets, assumptions, risks, timelines, resources, costs, etc. Develop project plans and monitor project status. Provide formal and informal updates to IT and client stakeholders and sponsors. Work with Operations staff to manage changes to the computing or network environments and/or support procedures. Monitor and report financial status of projects (actual vs. budget, projections, accruals, etc.). Work with management and team leads to identify staffing for individual projects and ensure that project hours (both planned and remaining) are accurate. Ensure that all project deliverables, checkpoints, and milestones are completed. Identify and resolve project-related risks and issues. Maintain knowledge of project management best practices and application technologies. Independently organizing and prioritizing daily work with limited direction from management. Travel to unanticipated jobsite locations may be needed.

Position Duties: Involves modifying existing programs or developing new programs and procedures to satisfy software requirements and to optimize the system performance. Ability to review functional specification documents and obtaining information on functional and performance requirements plus project limitations is necessary. Additional responsibilities are preparing high level design, interface design, and low level design documents as well as analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Must have experience using File-Aid, QMF, SPUFI, Rational Requisite Pro and Rational ClearQuest. 
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering - any branch and five years progressive experience as Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Or IT related.
